Job Description
Our client is a UK market leader in their specialist field. They manage and run a portfolio of websites that provides select business with a means of communicating and marketing their products to members of the public.
Currently they seek a help desk executive to create and maintain data feeds, liaise with customers and third party suppliers, and resolve issues and technical problems.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience of working in a help desk or call centre environment
Working knowledge of networked computer systems-
Working knowledge of XML and databases
Delivery of high levels of customer service
Attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritise work loads.
Successful candidates will be paid £7.50 per hour, the hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. For further information please apply below.
